Everyone was very nice to deal with, and returned calls promptly. We had a very small bathroom that needed to be converted to a handicapped bath. Our first job with Raymond House was in November 1987 with the remodeling of the master bathroom stall and new flooring. In the ensuing years from 1987 to the present, we have had a wood open frame patio cover installed, vinyl clad replacement windows, modified the kitchen wall area for built-in oven and microwave, and a sun garden window over the kitchen sink. 

Two major jobs were done in March 1988 - the removal of a chimney and fireplace in the family room that were replaced with a built-in entertainment center, the replacement of the aluminum siding with vinyl siding along with the installation af an attic exhaust fan. In March 2000, we had the entire kitchen remodeled.

We have been very pleased with the work that has been done from the onset of the work to the final clean up. The staff at Raymond House was always friendly and available to answer any questions concerning the work being done.

I would not hesitate to call on them again for any other projects and would recommend their work no matter how large or small.

H.W. Raymond Company has completed several jobs for us: remodeling a bathroom which included replacing a shower stall and installation of a tile floor, installing a door between our kitchen and dining room, which included going through a double brick wall, matching molding, and recreating a corner of the wood parquet floor, matching it exactly with the 140 year old original floor, installing a chair rail in the dining room, finding and repairing several roof leaks, and the biggest job of all, building a full front porch on the front of our Victorian house, with only 60-year old photographs to work with in the re-creating of the original porch.

In each and every job we have found the quality and professionalism of Jeff, Carol and all of the crew to be of the highest level. Everyone has been pleasant to work with, the estimates have been detailed and close to final costs, and we have had no problems with any of the projects or quality of the workmanship. The work area is kept neat, and is cleaned up at the end of each day. Plans and procedures are explained and changes are accepted cheerfully! They were very willing to work with us as we explored different options for each project.
